Sid, in her full panther form, crashed through Sanjay's front door. Sanjay didn't ask what was wrong, he knew by a feeling deep in his bones, Cassie was in trouble. With a flick of his wrist, he created a portal and returned with Sid to Cassie's apartment. Jane stood over her sister, invoking a healing spell, but it wasn't working.

Knowing their combined power would be stronger than one of them alone, he grabbed her hand and started a warlock chant of his own.

They chanted over and over again until the air turned icy cold, and blue mist surrounded them. Cassie opened her eyes.

With magic, they pulled her out of the tub. On the bathroom floor, she vomited until nothing remained in her system. Jane used her magic to dress Cassie in a fresh nightgown. Sanjay picked her up in his arms and carried her to her bed.
